Frequently asked questions
What if it rains or the sea is rough?
If the departure is cancelled because of the weather, we offer you another date or a refund. The captain decides on the day, for safety.
How do I pay?
With Pix or a credit card, in Brazilian reais. If you pay by card, your bank converts the amount to your currency.
Is it more expensive than booking on the island?
No. You pay the same as at the agencies in Abraão. The difference is that you arrive with your seat secured.
Who runs the tour?
We work with Ilha Grande agencies and boats we know. When you message us, we tell you which one runs your departure.
Can children come?
Yes. Children pay half price. When booking, you choose how many adults and children are going.
